A plain-language audit
We search for your services the way your customers do, review your profile and site, then list what to fix first.
We gathered 150 Google.ca suggestion lists for this city, and the same three habits show up regardless of the business. To begin with, people name a road or a part of town: King George Road, Colborne Street, Charing Cross, West Brant, Lynden Park Mall. They also ask about time: open now, open sunday, holiday hours, brantford stores open today. And they ask about money, adding prices or a price ceiling.
Behind them is a city of 104,688 people, 144,162 across the wider census area, with loyal customers and more competition every year. Many of those customers also search on phones from Paris, St. George and Burford. A business that is clear about where it is, when it is open and roughly what it costs has an edge over listings that leave those details out.
Search demand
Verbatim from Google.ca suggestions, 5 October 2026. Time, price and place keep turning up, whether the business bakes cakes or moves furniture.
Stand at your own door, open Google Maps and type what you sell plus “brantford”. Note whether you appear in the first handful of results, whether your listing shows today’s hours, and whether the business above you has more reviews or simply more detail. Then load your website on the same phone. If it is slow, hides your address or never mentions Brantford, Ontario, start there. In fact, the biggest gains often come from fixes that cost nothing but an afternoon.
Patterns across trades
Although the trades differ, the same four problems turn up over and over.
Customers search with road names and parts of town. A postal code alone misses that match, so name your road, plaza or area.
Sunday, holiday and seasonal hours are where searches climb and listings go wrong. Update your special hours before each long weekend.
People here add “prices” to everything from pest control to spa packages. As a result, a starting price or an honest explanation of how you quote keeps them reading.
If you serve the county towns, say so. If you do not, say that too; it spares both sides a wasted call.
The work
We search for your services the way your customers do, review your profile and site, then list what to fix first.

One page per service, naming where you work in Brantford and the county, with prices or how you quote.
A quick review request after each job, so Brantford customers mention the work, plus help answering the awkward ones.
Updates, security checks and small fixes covered by your monthly plan, whereas we quote redesigns and speed work once, after an audit.
One page each month: phone calls, route requests and messages, plus what we tackle next.
Done carefully
Each industry comes with its own rules and pitfalls. Here is how we handle this one.
If customers already find you and your diary is full, we would rather tell you so than take your money.
Some businesses do not need us: a contractor booked well into next year, a shop about to relocate, or a trade almost nobody searches for. A free, accurate Google profile often serves them better than a monthly plan. SEO pays when people actively look for what you offer and you have room for them; if either is missing, the audit will say so.

How we work
From the first audit through to a monthly report written in plain language.
We review your website and Business Profile, then search from several parts of Brantford to see where you show up today.
We shortlist the searches that tend to end in a booking or a quote and give each its own page.
Profile, website and content changes, starting with the ones expected to move results first.
One page each month about enquiries, rankings and the jobs we have lined up for next.
Questions
Very likely. We look at how people in Brantford search for your service, who appears now and what those listings do better, then apply the steps on this page.
At first, the free profile can carry most of the load for some businesses, which fits Google’s own tips on local ranking. Later, a website pays off once customers want detail before calling, such as services, prices, areas covered and photos of your work.
Yes, because we work with businesses across Brantford and the County of Brant. Your pages should lead with the town you are in and mention Brantford only where you really serve it.
Profile fixes can show within a few weeks. New pages and a steady stream of reviews, however, take months to build. We report enquiries, not only rankings.
Our three tiers cost $250, $350 and $550 per month in CAD, and you can leave any month. Only the top tier, Pro, has us running Google Ads for you, and whatever you spend on clicks is billed by Google, separately from our fee. Check what each plan includes.
