While we use industry best practices and proven strategies, SEO Brantford does not guarantee:
- Specific search engine rankings
- Website traffic increases
- Lead generation results
- Revenue growth
- Search engine indexing
After all, search engine algorithms and online competition are beyond our control. As a result, outcomes vary between businesses and industries. In fact, Google’s own advice on hiring an SEO warns that no one can guarantee a first-place ranking.
Client Responsibilities
In turn, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information necessary for project completion.
- Supply required access credentials in a timely manner.
- Review and approve content, designs, and deliverables promptly.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Otherwise, delays on the client’s side may push back project timelines.
Payment Under Our Terms of Service
Unless a written agreement states otherwise:
- Invoices are payable on receipt.
- We quote and invoice all fees in Canadian dollars.
- Late payments may lead to service suspension.
- Deposits and setup fees are non-refundable.
- Monthly plans renew month to month until you cancel in writing; there is no long-term contract.
Similarly, failure to make payment may lead to termination of services.
Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, logos, branding, and materials displayed on this website are the property of SEO Brantford or its licensors.
Clients, however, retain ownership of materials they provide.
Upon full payment, ownership of custom website content and deliverables may also transfer to the client, unless a written agreement specifies otherwise.
Website Use
In addition, you agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code.

Ending Service Under These Terms

Likewise, clients may end services according to the terms set out in their service agreement.
Privacy

Governing Law
The laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there govern these Terms. Any dispute arising from them will go to the courts of Ontario, unless a signed service agreement between us says otherwise. Where a signed agreement and these Terms differ, the agreement applies.
Moreover, nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by agreement.
